||With over 60 classes weekly in our spacious
3,300 square foot aerobics studio with a cushioned "Action Thrust" maple floor,
our group exercise classes will meet your every need. Get your heart pumping in our
Aerobics, Step, Kickbox, and Spinning classes. Our Sculpt, Stretch, and Yoga classes
will give both your mind and body a lift. Taught by certified instructors, our
classes are designed so that participants of all levels can achieve maximum benefits.

We have four types of classes offered, from "basic" to a
"power-packed" workout, all resulting in cardiovascular and muscle conditioning
